In that case, we provide the PDF file of segments or merge file.

It starts when client receives the complete manuscript by mail, via Google Doc.

When does support ends?

Support ends after the days promised in the plan ends.

Imagine , you have chosen a plan with support of 15 days. You have received the complete manuscript on 2 January . Your Support starts after you have received your manuscript on 2 January and will finish after 15 days on 18 January.

My support has ended but I want some changes in manuscript.
