All the manuscripts  send to a client has a format of correction page along with it. you can record the required corrections and comments and send it back

No. we need a written instructions from the clients ( of the corrections/changes) which can be shared with the concerned team members. it is required for multiple reasons.

1. Record for reference to the multiple members of the team.

2. Avoid confusion , argument and misinterpretation of instructions by tele-caller.
