Yes.Medical writing is a highly specialized field and it takes an entire career to be an expert. But most of our employees who have become very good in the job , have started their career from the scratch only. We have an in house training and orientation program for people joining us to get them necessary skills required for the job.

What are the skills, the company is looking for, in a potential candidate?

Candidate should have an interest in reading and have an ability to articulate his/her views to write on a given topic, is the primary skill we are looking forward. Its basically one ability to read and understand any given text or topic. plus there are always people around to help a new comer.

What are the future prospects, if i join the company?

All the employees are encouraged to internally specialize in various specialities like bio-statistics, content writing , regulatory writings, clinical trail and so on. People chose the branches as per their primary qualifications and future plans.

Is it involves the field work also?

No, its is an office job.

Do i need to have any certificate course in computers before qualifing for job?

Candidate need to know the use of microsoft office, but does not need to have any certificate course or any special courses in computers.

How is the work envoirment?

Office hours last from 10 am to 6 pm, with a lunch brake. Employees are not given any targets but basic office disciple has to be maintained.
